We despatch your order within one week provided the goods are in stock at the time of the order. If an item is faulty due to a manufacturing fault we will replace the item where possible stocks allowing. As many models are fragile, particularly hand built resin models, we strongly advise that the extra postage is paid on ordering so that it is insured to be sent in the post.

If an item is in perfect condition but no longer wanted, we reserve the right to cancel the order with mutual aggreement, and a refund will be given less any costs incurred to us.This includes models ordered in error as charges occur even for refunds.This can be 15%.

When an item is ordered which is not in stock, and you do not wish to wait for the item to come into stock, or receive an alternative item, you will be advised of a refund being given, this process usually takes place within 1 week of a refund being requested.
